His own 'Proposal': Michael Buble is engaged
Fans of Michael Buble got a nice treat when he popped up over the summer in the Sandra Bullock comedy "The Proposal."
They seem equally delighted to learn that he has proposed in real life to Luisana Loreley Lopilato de la Torre, a.k.a. Luisana Lopilato. The Canadian singer, 34, popped the question to the 22-year-old Argentinian actress in November in front of her family, his rep tells People.
Buble and actress Emily Blunt were an item for years, but they broke up in the middle of 2008. Michael and Luisana met in November 2008 after one of his concerts in Buenos Aires.
Emily recently announced her engagement to John Krasinski of "The Office."
