Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller‘s court date for a review of the protective order against Sheen has been postponed until Friday, according police in Aspen, Colo.

Citing a medical issue, Mueller’s attorney requested that Brooke be able to call into court for the hearing that had been set for Wednesday. That request was denied.

The court appearance, at which both parties are expected, will be the first time they’ve been together since Sheen’s Dec. 25 arrest on felony charges.

Less than a week after she called 911 and reported that her husband had held a knife to her neck, Brooke was talking about getting the restraining order tossed out so that she and Charlie could work things out; prosecutors have said they’ll fight to keep the order in place.

Part of the order prevents the two from living in the same place, so as Brooke moved back to their L.A. home last week with the kids, Charlie moved out. According to her lawyer, the actor is staying with a friend.
