Hollywood is gearing up for a fantastic 2010, and the Ministry has been keeping tabs on all your favorite celebs: where they're partying, how they're grooming and pampering for the big night, and details on those all-important ways to ward off the holiday weight.
Check out what some familiar and fabulous faces -- including Nicole Richie, Lady Gaga, Adam Lambert, Jay-Z, Rihanna and Kristin Cavallari -- are all doing as they gear up for the big ball drop at midnight ...
From the Ministry's Division of Fabulous Parties:
Nicole Richie will be holding court at Las Vegas' Lavo nightclub, where her partner in crime, Joel Madden, will spin a special DJ set for guests.
Lady Gaga will bring her fabulous Haus to the Fontainebleau hotel in Miami, where partygoers will have their disco sticks on hand.
Eva Longoria Parker is lending her Hollywood restaurant Beso out for a bash with a top-secret musical performance promised, while a mile away at Paramount Pictures, the studio lot will play host to Pamela Anderson and a set from one of 2009's most talked-about performers, Adam Lambert.
Jay-Z and Rihanna will bundle up in New York City and perform their hit "Run This Town" on NBC's countdown, "New Year's Eve With Carson Daly"

For one, "90210" star AnnaLynne McCord is gearing up to host a bash at the W Hotel Miami by getting a spray tan from Fake Bake.
Fellow blond Kristin Cavallari will relax before her big night with a Swedish massage from L.A.'s Murad Inclusive Health Spa, which counts Kim Cattrall and Jeff Probst as devotees.

Katy Perry detests working out, she tells People Bodywatch, but the kid in her loves to jump rope. "I can double jump; I can cross. I can do all of it. I look like Rocky when I jump rope," she says.
First Lady Michelle Obama is a bit more regimented about keeping her fashionable figure. She rises "pretty religiously" for daily cardio sessions at 5:30 a.m.
