Jude Law, Sienna Miller, Simon Cowell and more betray Saint-Tropez for Barbados

While celebrities frolicked and played over the holiday weekend, the Ministry observed a not-so-merry Christmas for one charming French luxury village: Saint-Tropez.
Has the historic and glamorous city jumped the shark?
It looks to us as if all the famous lovelies decamped to Barbados, the teeny paradise in the east of the Caribbean Sea.
Most notably in attendance were Jude Law and Sienna Miller, taking their alleged reunion on tour. Sienna was spotted in a bikini, splashing around in the water with two of Law’s children, while the ‘Sherlock Holmes’ star looked on (perhaps contemplating that $65-million opening?). After some one-on-one romance in New York City, it would seem the pair are kicking it up a notch by incorporating family time.

... Simon Cowell, jet skiing solo in the blue waters. Cowell’s brother Tony recently indicated that the talent judge will be departing ‘American Idol’ after his contract expires in 2010.
Leaving the show might allow more jet-skiing time for the V-neck-wearing mogul, depending on how much time ‘X Factor’ requires in America.
Perhaps the only star entirely justified in turning her back on Saint-Tropez is Rihanna, the R&B princess who counts Barbados as home. Rihanna also splashed on the shore in a sweet pink bikini (more modest than what we’ve seen of late). The crooner and her friends rented a boat and partied into the night off the coast.
What will become of thee, Saint-Tropez? Will Diddy no longer require umbrella holders along your sunny docks?
