‘Glee’ flash mob surprises Rome shoppers in a busy mall

While Gleeks in the U.S. await the return of the Fox series ‘Glee’ -- in the middle of April, for the love of all things holy -- new fans are being courted overseas as the series continues to roll out worldwide. (The pilot aired in Britain last week.)

The Wrap speculates that Fox Italy was the force that arranged for these attractive Italians to invade the Galleria Alberto Sordi mall in Rome right before Christmas. They performed a choreographed dance to music from the show about musically inclined high school misfits.

Yes, this event clearly had higher production values than many typical flash mobs, but it’s still fun to watch -- especially if, like ‘Twilight’ actress Ashley Green, you consider yourself a Gleek.
