On TV, the comely AnnaLynne McCord does things like try to seduce her mother’s girlfriend’s ex-husband or publicly expose her sister for sleeping with her boyfriend.

In real life, the bad girl of “90210” and “Nip/Tuck” has better things to do. Like trash her famous peers for wasting their time in the spotlight with selfish pursuits rather than use it to promote a good cause.

“It disgusts me to hear about endless partying,” she told the crowd of 700 at Variety’s “Power of Youth” event at Paramount Studios on Saturday. “If you’re undeserving of your title, I pray it’s taken away from you and given to someone who’ll use it for the power of youth.”

McCord supports the Blind Project, a New York-based organization helping victims of sex trafficking in Southeast Asia. And while young paparazzi bait settle into first-class seats on flights to the tropics during the holidays, she and her sisters are spending Christmas volunteering in Phnom Penh.

That philanthropic spirit earned McCord a Variety Power of Youth award, along with the charity-minded Corbin Bleu, Miranda Cosgrove, Keke Palmer and Jesse McCartney.

But no one else quite displayed McCord’s fearless je ne sais quoi about the sorry state of much of young Hollywood.

‘I’m really over it,” she said backstage. (Click onward for pics and more.)

‘That’s how I got involved with the Blind Project, because I was so repulsed by what I was beginning to see.

‘It’s all about how much money they can get an appearance. I’m 22 years old and I make this amount of money per year, which is obscene first of all. I have kids and adults around the world who want to be me and this is what I’m showing them?

“I wanted to leave the industry right before ‘90210.’ I ended up staying in it, but I had to find something that made it worthwhile, something that pulls on your heartstrings and you can cause change. And for me right now, being able to shine is to give me a platform to say to my peers, what are you doing with your million dollars a year and your SUVs?”

Anyone?
