OK, it's not Adam Lambert in the flesh, but rather 30-second previews of the 14 tunes on his upcoming album, "For Your Entertainment."

(Yes, I refer to the recently single Adam Lambert, for those who are keeping track.)

The Times' Ann Powers has already reviewed the new singles "Time for Miracles," from the "2012" soundtrack, and "For Your Entertainment," and now MTV has capsule reviews of the previews, which are practically full-length songs in comparison to the three-second snippets Britney Spears dropped last week. 

Now that I think about it, I'm about 10 times more eager to hear Adam's stuff than Brit's, so that makes perfect sense. 

Sorry, Britney, you had me with "Lucky" back in the day -- but then I got the help I needed.
