Adam Lambert promises a 'sexy' performance at tonight's American Music Awards
Five boy dancers. Five girl dancers. And, Adam Lambert says, "the wardrobe is amazing."
Lambert will be right in the middle of it all tonight on the American Music Awards, he tells MTV News, accompanied by the band from his "For Your Entertainment" music video, which shot last week at the Alexandria Hotel in Los Angeles.
If you miss Adam tonight on the AMAs -- or maybe you happen to be in New York for Thanksgiving? -- catch him at his free live concert for "Good Morning America" on Nov. 25.

Was a fan. I'm done. Fine him and AMA. That was a rated x show that belongs in Vegas not on prime time TV. Adam seemed so nice, but he just rubbed stinky stuff in America face. Paris Hilton was the only one clapping in that liberal Hollywood crowd. You could tell even that audience thought the performance went too far.

The fact is there was lots of sexual stuff in the the whole show, lots of bumping and grinding. You could tell by the quick cuts the producers tried to limit the on air exposure. Someone forgot to tell Lambert your on TV and its not a good idea to go that far. He did major fan damage...maybe that was the idea to cut down the base.

Disgusting. Inappropriate. In our face. Porn. Over the top. Bad move for Adam, ABC, the Award Show. Horrible way to close the show - left us feeling icky. Sick, terrible performance with bad vocals - and Adam has one of the most gifted natural voices around. He could be using it for good, he can touch people with his voice - not touch them all over and make us gag. Remember Mad World - hauntingly beautiful. I am so extremely disappointed and am worried about what this world is coming to when THIS is the model of our music. Things are out of control when Idol, 10 Entertainment, and all those involved support this kind of porn on TV. Please, Adam, use your voice for something better. You reminded us of a devil - which is exactly what you seem to like. WHY????

Adam Lambert is so talented but his performance at the AMA show left me very disappointed. Now I am not sure I want to buy his new CD. He did not have to stoop to that level of perversion to get attention. I want to see the old Adam entertain. If he continues on this new route, I am afraid he will bottom out very early in his career. Too bad

FIRST- I have Adams CD already and it is AMAZING! Every song will touch your emotions one way or another-- don't miss this beautiful music because of tonight!! That would be foolish.
O.K. EVERYONE we can agree that ONLY TONIGHT ADAM SANG BAD, EXTREME nervousness and pressure from everyone. The performance was over the top and NOT SEXY at all- crude, BUT WHO'S TO BLAME HERE?? Adam has been on a rollercoaster ride since Idol and they put him on AMAs to be the ending act, an honor by the way. Then they hype it up all through the show. Who was the master mind behind this insanity.
I don't know if Adam was pressured into this or it was HIS IDEA!.. I can't believe for one minute that the producers of Adam WANT HIM TO FAIL. They need to recover their money spent already. If this was all Adams idea, the producers would have put a stop to it.
Hoolywood needs to listen CAREFULLY TO MIDDLE AMERICA--LOOK WHO WON THE AWARD OF THE YEAR-- TAYLOR SWIFT- VERY VANILLA.
We loved SEXY Adam in all hi glory, but This performance was far from SEXY, LEARN FROM THIS!
