Marvel vs. the BMI

Abstract:

This study compares the mean and normalised distribution of the Body Mass Index of women and men in the Marvel Universe, and with women and men in the "real" world.

This is a great idea except for of course that their sample group is ever so slightly faulty. You've got Jean Grey who has inhabited multiple bodies over the course of her life. Ms. Marvel who has changed her physical state multiple times including one where portions of her body appeared to be made of just energy. Emma Frost is sometimes just a mass of diamonds while Yuriko Oyama has Adamntium body parts. Don't even get me started on Cloak. HE DOESN'T EVEN HAVE A BODY. [ Marvel vs The BMI ]

and are we talking having-extramarital-affairs-with-Norman-Osborne Gwen Stacy or dead Gwen Stacy here? because I imagine there's a huge difference, and I demand this discrepancy be covered.
