Under "Performances nominated by both HFPA and SAG but not nominated by AMPAS," you forgot Cate Blanchett for Bandits in 2001, when she was nominated as Lead Actress in a Musical/Comedy at the Globes and Female Actor in a Supporting Role for the SAG and Leonardo DiCaprio for The Departed in 2006, when he was nominated as Lead Actor in a Drama at the Globes and Male Actor in a Supporting Role at the SAGs.
