Outgoing News Corp. Chief Operating Officer Peter Chernin may not have a name for his new company but he does have his team in place. Joining Katherine Pope, the former NBC Universal executive who will run TV for Chernin, is another veteran of NBCU -- Dylan Clark, executive vice president of production for Universal Pictures who will oversee movies for the new production house.

Universal confirms that Clark will join Chernin in October after he’s done overseeing production on some of the studio’s higher-profile projects including the new Robin Hood film and ‘Green Zone.’ The news of Clark’s hire was broken by Deadline Hollywood Daily.
