The Dodgers have agreed to terms on a minor league split contract with left-hander Dana Eveland, according to a baseball source who spoke on the condition of anonymity because the deal hasn’t been announced.

Eveland, 27, pitched in 12 games (including 10 starts) for the Toronto Blue Jays and Pittsburgh Pirates last season. He was 3-5 with a 6.79 earned-run average. A graduate of Palmdale High School, Eveland has a career record of 16-22 with a 5.74 ERA.
