The Dodgers lineup Sunday feature … four regulars.

That’s it.

Manny Ramirez, Russell Martin and James Loney were all out with minor injuries. Casey Blake was given the day off, manager Joe Torre trying to avoid playing his 36-year-old third baseman on consecutive blistering afternoon games.

Torre had to use Blake DeWitt (one home run, 29 RBI) in the fifth spot.

Is this any way to win a pennant? Or avoid a four-game sweep?

Side note: A quick happy birthday wish to Torre, who turned 70 on Sunday. He is the oldest manager in baseball.
