The Dodgers have scrapped plans to activate knuckleballer Charlie Haeger to start Tuesday. Haeger aggravated an injury to his right big toe during his rehabilitation start Saturday with Class A Inland Empire.

Rookie Carlos Monasterios will remain in the rotation for now, Torre said. Rookie John Ely will start Tuesday, with Monasterios to follow Wednesday.
