Lights on, game on at Wrigley Field

The lights are slowly coming back on at Wrigley Field. The Cubs are headed out to their positions -- including pitcher Tom Gorzelanny, who had just walked Blake DeWitt to lead off the fourth inning.

There is no action in the Dodgers’ bullpen, so it appears Chad Billinsgley could return in the bottom of the fourth.

The game was delayed 17 minutes by the power outage.
