It’s true, it’s true!

The missing reliever has landed.

Ronald Belisario arrived at Dodgers training camp Saturday shortly after the team’s 3-1 victory over the Mariners.

The Dodgers promptly put him on the restricted list, meaning he won’t count against the 40-man roster and won’t get paid until he’s activated.

Belisario took a physical but would not speak to reporters afterward, saying only he was ‘too tired and too hungry’ to talk.

The hard-throwing right-hander has been in his native Venezuela all spring, reportedly waiting for his visa to be approved. It’s believed it was delayed because of a DUI arrest last summer.

‘I don’t have any thoughts on Belisario,’ said Dodgers Manager Joe Torre. ‘We have important things to do here.

‘It’s unfortunate. It’s a missed opportunity at this point. It doesn’t mean we won’t see him at some point.’

Belisario was also late last spring because of a visa issue, although he missed only the first couple of weeks then.

The Dodgers’ season opener is only nine days away and he’s not expected to be in shape to pitch in a major league game for weeks.

Belisario appeared in 69 games last year for the Dodgers, becoming a valuable setup man. He finished with a 4-3 record and a 2.04 ERA.
