Dinner tonight!: Spaghetti with green garlic and fried egg

Did you say garlic? For something fresh and seasonal, toss a plate of spaghetti with some quick-cooked green garlic (long green stalks similar to green onions); the stalks have a lighter, more delicate flavor than more mature cloves. Top the dish with a fried egg and you’re good to go -- dinner in less than 30 minutes. You can find the recipe here.
