Today's Eat Beat: Oatmeal pancakes
To give extra depth of flavor to your next batch of pancakes, try adding some ground oatmeal. That's what Food editor Russ Parsons did, giving his pancakes a wonderfully nutty flavor with a slightly coarser texture.
