Today’s Eat Beat features a recipe for one of our top 10 cookies from this year’s L.A. Times Holiday Bake-Off, the white chocolate turtle cookies submitted by Nicole Cleghorn of Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota. Rich chocolate cookies are formed around a creamy Rolo center, then drizzled with white chocolate after they’re out of the oven. In one word: amazing!
