Colby, who teaches classes on butchery and hosts his own Saturday night whole hog dinners at Mozza2Go, will be joined by John Currence of City Grocery in Oxford, Miss.; Michael Sullivan of Blackberry Farm in Walland, Tenn.; and host chef Stephen Barber from Farmstead. [UPDATED, 1:13 P.M.: The story originally said the whole hog dinners at Mozza were Friday nights). Tickets are $175 and are available at the Long Meadow Ranch website.
