OK, he’s not exactly in the house. But his latest batch of Master Class recipes are, and we’re testing them in the kitchen right now! The topic? Sous-vide.

I’m not going to give you any more hints, though all those pots of hot water on the stove and the picnic cooler in the back should give you an idea ...
