Sally just sent me an email wondering if there is an online collection of SOS recipes:

Hi Noelle, regarding your column, my niece in Texas asked me the following question: ‘Does SOS ever publish all the recipes in one place where you can go see what recipes have been obtained?’ I think the answer is yes, but, I am not sure of where to direct her. Is there a website?

Culinary SOS is a weekly Food column featuring requests from readers looking for recipes from their favorite restaurants and bakeries. Though a majority of the requests are from local Southern California readers, we receive requests from readers all over the United States and do what we can to track down favorite recipes from all over the world.

We have a couple of online collections that currently go back through early 2008, though we are adding to them all the time. We have a photo gallery you can scroll through, clicking on the links to take you to the recipes. We also have a single page of Culinary SOS -- scroll down to find your favorite requests (last time I counted, we had more than 160 from just the last few years).

Thanks, Sally! I hope this helps!

If you have a favorite restaurant recipe you’d like to request, feel free to email me at noelle.carter@latimes.com. Please note that I tend to receive more than 100 requests a month, but I do my best to track every request down!
