What Tom Colicchio knows about salad dressing

Colicchio What do great chefs know that the rest of us don't? That's the question our Master Class series tries to answer. In the case of Tom Colicchio, chef and owner of the Craft family of restaurants and host and head judge of "Top Chef," he says it's sometimes just a matter of being able to see things in a different way. And one of the best examples is vinaigrette.
