You do know tomorrow is Father's Day, right? Fire up the BBQ

If this holiday somehow sneaked up on you, no worries. We've got you covered. If you need a gift, here are some suggestions that include the offbeat as well as the traditional, like a brand new barbecue grill.

If you need some dining options, here are a few, including picnic possiblities and restaurants offering Father's Day specials. (Try to make a reservation, if possible.) Finally, if you prefer a DIY Father's Day, here are some menu suggestions from the L.A. Times Test Kitchen. There are lots of grilling and barbecue ideas, including bistecca fiorentina (Tuscan steak), which calls for a 2-inch-thick porterhouse.
