Yelper gets her just deserts; online world cheers

Eater NY has this must-read post about a Yelper who took to her keyboard to rail against a New York restaurant in Brooklyn called Anella (not the restaurant pictured above, by the way). Well, Anella fought back. I am being purposely vague with the details because you just have to read the delicious punch and counter-punch over at Eater. (The post has exploded online with all the tweeting and re-tweeting that's going on.)

Thank you, Anella, for a much-needed reminder that there are always at least two sides to a story. Or, to quote Dr. Phil, no matter how flat you make a pancake, it always has two sides.

What do you think about online reader reviews? Forget about the crackpot reviews for a second because we know they are out there. But, by and large, can you rely on reader reviews? Or do you always need to take them with a grain of salt?
