Today in the Test Kitchen, we were all about Easter. We tested recipes for stuffed leg of lamb and wrapped up a photo shoot of various Scandinavian dishes celebrating the holiday and season. (I can’t give you any recipe details, but that Norwegian orange cake in the background might be showing up in the paper in the next couple of weeks...!)

And while the Easter Bunny didn’t show up to help with the photos, we got a nice surprise visit from the fifth grade class at the Polytechnic School in Pasadena as they took a tour of the Times.
