Check out this video: Watch Times Test Kitchen Manager Noelle Carter make the green apple chicken salad from Lunch in Culver City. The recipe came to us after a reader, Laura Meredith of Burbank, wrote to Culinary SOS and asked Noelle if she could work her magic and get the recipe.

Says Noelle: "Lunch's chicken salad is a deliciously simple dish. It combines diced chicken with a little red onion, celery, currants and apple for a nice crunch, great color and a wonderfully fresh combination of flavors not unlike a classic Waldorf. And it's just as easy to prepare."
