Coconut water: Seeking magic in a shell?

You can drink coconut water because it tastes good. You can drink it because it’s the trendy new beverage showing up on supermarket shelves.

Or you can drink coconut water for the same reason I do. (I drink it because Madonna does, and I want those biceps.)
