Harold and Belle's owner passes away
Harold Legaux, one of the owners of the soul food emporium Harold and Belle's, has died. The restaurant was founded by his parents in the late 1960s; he took it over in 1982. Located on West Jefferson Boulevard, it was as much a community center as it was a place to eat.
