When it's cold, rainy and windy, I only want one thing: tomato soup. So Monday's recipe from the L.A. Times Test Kitchen is a roasted tomato bisque that comes to us courtesy of the Lumberyard Restaurant in Laguna Beach.

It's vegetarian, so it's perfect for Meatless Monday.
