Umami, Two Boots are ready for Broadway

Umami Burger and Two Boots Pizza aim to help revitalize Broadway downtown a burger and a pizza slice at a time.

Umami’s new concept, called Umamicatessen, which is scheduled to open at 852 S. Broadway this summer, will feature several mini-restaurants in one location, serving cafeteria style. At the same time (and nearly the same place) Two Boots Pizza is expanding beyond its popular Echo Park location and opening at 828 S. Broadway.
