What's the best recipe to come out of the L.A. Times Test Kitchen in 2010?

Farmeeohs Let the food fight begin!

If you happen to walk by the L.A. Times Test Kitchen this week and see or hear some kicking, screaming, kicking, biting, hair-pulling and eye-ball gouging, please do not be alarmed.

That's just how we debate the Top 10 recipes of the year.

It happens every year at this time as we sift through the hundreds of recipes tested by Times Test Kitchen Manager Noelle Carter. In addition to getting physical, it is not uncommon to see money changing hands as we all bid to see our favorite recipes make the cut. (Overheard recently: "I'll give you $20 AND the savory bread pudding if you back me on the warm sticky toffee cake.")

But enough about us. What was YOUR favorite L.A. Times Test Kitchen recipe of 2010?

Check out all the 2010 recipes on this list. Note that it's not in chronological order. That's because I'm too busy working the room on behalf of farmeeohs, people!
