Spanish chefs José Andrés, Ferran Adrià and Juan Mari Arzak will be in L.A. to discuss ‘Ideas of Today, Foods of Tomorrow’

Spanish chefs Ferran Adrià, Juan Mari Arzak and José Andrés will be in Los Angeles in January to present a panel discussion about innovations in food and technology, to take place at the SLS Hotel on Monday, Jan. 3. The chefs, known for their contributions to Spanish modern cuisine, will discuss ‘Ideas of Today, Foods of Tomorrow.’

José Andrés is owner of restaurant group ThinkFoodGroup and the culinary director of the Bazaar at the SLS Hotel. Juan Mari Arzak, chef-owner of Arzak in San Sebastian, Spain, is a founder of ‘New Basque’ cuisine, a culinary movement that helped foster the development of avant-garde cooking in Spain. And Ferran Adrià is chef-owner of Michelin three-star El Bulli in Catalonia, Spain, one of the world’s most innovative restaurants.
