We’re kicking off this holiday week with an online chat.

Join us here at 1 p.m. today to chat online with L.A. Times Food editor Russ Parsons. He’s answering all your Thanksgiving food prep questions and more. (Bonus points if you manage to stump him.) On Wednesday, Test Kitchen manager Noelle Carter will be at the keyboard at 2 p.m. to answer any last-minute holiday prep questions that you might have.
