Make room for Greek yogurt
A few short years ago, Greek yogurt was a rarity on supermarket shelves.
These days, however, brands and flavors abound. The super-thick, creamy yogurt has become a highly popular product — and with good reason, says Susan Bowerman, assistant director of the UCLA Center for Human Nutrition. I love Greek yogurt. Prevention of Osteoporosis is essential. Many yummy yogurts are very sugary or high in fat. The rich creaminess of unsweetened Greek yogurt that is low in fat is hard to believe! What a treat!
