The Project: Cold noodles in beef broth (Mul naeng myun)

Each Friday, we select a recipe from the L.A. Times Test Kitchen that would be perfect for weekend cooking, when you have more time on your hands. This week, we chose a dish that would also please anyone trying to beat the heat. Oh, there's cooking involved. But the final dish is worth it. It's a Korean favorite, Cold noodles in beef broth (Mul naeng myun)
