The Capital Grille
, an East Coast chain of steak restaurants, comes to Los Angeles on July 26 with a menu that includes lobster mac ‘n’ cheese, lobster and crab cakes, fried calamari with hot peppers, Kona crusted sirloin, citrus-glazed salmon and flourless chocolate espresso cake. The menu is wide-ranging, including buffalo chili with corn cakes, chipotle shrimp flatbread, lemongrass salmon, caramelized sea scallops, and chocolate peanut butter mousse. Thirsty? Buca di Beppo is celebrating Lasagna Day on July 29 by giving you a free slice when you order any pasta or entree. Stuffed with a homemade meat sauce, Buca lasagna also has a blend of ricotta, mozzarella, provolone and Parmesan cheese. Several locations; bucadibeppo.com.
