Is San Francisco ready for a classic Southern California cupcake? Wilshire’s White Plates. Wilshire restaurant is starting White Plate Dinners in its bar area, where you can get dinner and a glass of wine, beer or specialty cocktail for $15. Delphine Goes Raw. Every Monday evening, Delphine is offering a raw seafood bar, featuring an assortment of clams, oysters, mussels and chilled shrimp, with some pieces only $1. Other selections include crab slaw, ceviche, steamed cockles and mussels, lobster roll and beer-battered cod.
