Chef Ferran Adrià’s El Bulli on Spain’s Costa Brava is believed by many to be the greatest restaurant in the world. Of course, it has been called many other things as well, including ‘pure hell.’ Here’s an early look at a story in Thursday’s Food section on the divergent opinions of the living legend as he prepares to close down El Bulli and reopen it as a foundation:
