Ralphs, Kroger face charges of gouging Los Angeles customers

The Los Angeles city attorney's office filed dozens of criminal charges against Ralphs and its parent company, the Kroger Co. supermarket chain: Customers were allegedly being overcharged for packaged and weighed products. Read more here.
