This recipe for hot fudge brownie sundaes on the menu at BLD starts with a fudge-y brownie. On top of that goes a scoop or three of homemade coffee ice cream. And you top that with some homemade fudge sauce. In all it takes about two hours, plus several hours of freezing time for the ice cream.

But It’s a perfect project for weekend cooking.

Especially on St. Valentine’s Day Eve.
