Ludo Lefebvre cheffing the Hollywood Helping Haiti charity suite

I6d37ukf Chef Ludo Lefebvre will be working the Athenos booth at the Hollywood Helping Haiti Golden Globes celebrity charity suite Thursday and Friday. He'd better watch his chef's whites, though; he'll be rubbing elbows with Zoe Saldana and Laz Alonso, who most recently appeared coated in Day-Glo paint in "Avatar."

We've spotted some of the Greek dishes that Ludo is working on for the event on his wife Krissy's Twitter. Shots of feta mousse and "burnt eggplant," which he has served at LudoBites, are teasers for what's to come for attendees.

Not a well-heeled celebutante with one of the golden tickets, but still want to participate in a food-focused effort? Head to TiGeorges' Chicken on Thursday night, where you can meet with some of the organizations that native owner Georges Laguerre has teamed with. For nine more ways to help the efforts in Haiti, check out this article in Mashable.
