Eric Greenspan on 'Millionaire Matchmaker' tonight

Jto425nc Greeny's back! After an unfortunate early dismissal from the Food Network's "The Next Iron Chef" competition, Eric Greenspan is returning to prime time. Tonight the chef-owner of the Foundry on Melrose will be making a one-time appearance on "Millionaire Matchmaker," giving a rich hunk and his date a cooking lesson.

Unfortunately for them, he didn't opt for a menu sampling from his upcoming Greenspan's Grilled Cheese restaurant; he recalls doing a beet salad and some scallops. "They were good cooks [but were] more interested in themselves than the food," he says. Big surprise.

Watch him in action tonight at 10 on Bravo.
