Your recipe for the day: Hot chocolate

Hot It's cold and wet and dreary. And everyone is walking around wishing for a bowlful or a mug-ful of something warm.

But no one wants to walk outside to to get it.

Check out this L.A. Times Test Kitchen recipe for hot chocolate. It's so simple -- when did you last see a recipe with just two ingredients?!?!? -- and that simplicity helps make up for the double boiler. It's your recipe for the day.

There is nothing like a warm hot chocolate on a cold day.

Just looking at this picture of hot cocoa makes me all warm and fuzzy inside. Can't wait to make it. Thanks for the recipe!
