Is it any wonder that Culinary SOS is one of our most popular features? You ask for a recipe, and we go get it. And by ‘we’ I mean Times Test Kitchen Manager Noelle Carter, who adapts the recipes for the home cook. We can’t answer every request -- some chefs and restaurants aren’t willing to share their recipes. Luckily, many chefs are flattered by the request and are happy to help out. (And Noelle is pretty persuasive.)
Here’s our most recent request:
