I can't believe I did this a SECOND time.
I linked to this recipe for raw asparagus salad as your vegan recipe for the day. Except that I failed to see that it was accompanied by cheese. Thanks to everyone who wrote to point it out. So, here's your real vegan recipe for the day: Curried chickpeas.

Looks delicious, but it's not Vegan!

Shouldn't this be posted using "Rennet-free" Chevre? After all, if it is goat cheese made with rennet, not only isn't it Vegan, you might as well slice up a steak and lay it on top of the asparagus.
