Vegan recipe for the day: Mushrooms a la Grecque

Mushrooms Mushrooms a la Grecque -- "in the Greek style" --refers to preparation: These mushrooms are sliced and simmered with some lemon, olive oil, wine and coriander.

Here, we serve them with grilled bread.
