Tagging crew accused of robbing taco trucks

El Rey de Oros taco truckThe Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department has accused the tagging crew/gang called the "Fearless Kings" of robbing at least 22 taco truck vendors in East Los Angeles over the past two months. Sheriff's deputies estimate they have committed anywhere from two to three robberies per day, netting a total of $7,000.

Investigators have arrested four of suspects, but are still looking for Nery Perez, whose last known residence was in Downey. Investigators from the Sheriff's department (under whose jurisdiction East L.A. falls) are working with members of the Los Angeles Police Department's Hollenbeck division, where seven similar robberies occurred.
