WalletPop readers love their McDollars

July 10, 2009 |  8:27 am

Mcdonalds

Survey says ... Taco Bell is a better money-saving deal than Chipotle. Well, I can't argue with dollar signs (or WalletPop readers, who were asked to weigh in on the best fast food values). But I find Chipotle's fresh guac and salty-crunchy chips hard to resist. Here's one finding I cannot argue with: McDonald's coffee comes out on top. Read the rest of WalletPop's survey results here

I think their coffee is great. Also, Walletpop is the biggest heap of alarmist garbage I have ever read. Their stories are based around assumptions and reports from single banks, not broad analyst views. Remember when GM was being interrogated and the govt. analyst said car sales would be under 11 mil? He was wrong. The banks who lent money out for houses? They were wrong. So why the hell should we use them as evidence. In conclusion, I could guarantee I have made a higher percentage gain in this economy (150% over 9 months) than any Walletpop reader because I do what I know, not what others tell me.

mc donald's coffee is disgusting. i went with an open mind, but the taste of the low-qual beans even manages do dominate the sugar-laden ice blended mochas. bad sign.
