USDA secretary talks to farmers at Wisconsin county fair

I saw this video on Chews Wise, a blog that often has an interesting take on the food we eat. The video was taken at a county fair in Wisconsin, where several organic-dairy farmers talked about their situation and why they were unhappy with the state of regulations. U.S. Department of Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack tells them there's help ahead.
